FATHEAD had another bi-polar rage and shut off my computer in the middle of a windows reinstall.... He can NOT focus during these incidents, he knows better than to do anything in that cmdition much less things requiring thought.

It is Shot now! Windows won't install at all and nothing he tries to fix it is working.
